Payment:

Contract:
With the fall of the auctioneer's hammer title to the lot being offered will pass to the highest bidder accepted by Exquisitries, subject to the following conditions: the successful bidder will pay the full price plus buyer's premium and assume full risk and responsibility for the lot.
