1592 ORTELIUS THEATRUM FRENCH MAP: From the 1592 printing, page 25, double map, one depicting Calais and Boulogne by Nicolaus Nicolai Delphinate dated 1558, the other depicting Vermandois and its borders by Johannnes Surhonius. Both maps on one plate, hand colored. From an edition size of 525 copies. Sight size 14 1/2'' x 20 1/4'', framed with glass on both sides so one can read the text, 20 1/2'' x 26 1/4''.

Note cracks in glass verso, toning to page, not examined out of frame.
