About Us

Woodlands Auctions is located on the Bellarine Peninsula 20 minutes South of Geelong and 1 ½ hours from Melbourne CBD. Established in 1987, the business operates with friendly and helpful staff. We conduct monthly auctions specialising in antiques and decorative arts including furniture, contemporary & antique art, prints, modern & antique jewellery, clocks, lighting, ceramics and collectables. We also have regular shipments from the UK of English & French antiques. We also offer a Valuation service for Probate, auction value or Insurance.

If you wish to buy at Woodlands Auctions, you will find a wide and varied selection of items. It is a good opportunity to purchase antiques for your house or collection at trade prices. With our good selection of items it is also ideal for trade buyers. We provide a comfortable environment with ample seating, air conditioning, heating and light refreshments.

If you wish to sell at Woodlands Auctions we offer a very competitive commission rate. We will appraise your items and set a reserve if necessary. We will give advise on how to realise the best price possible and will present your items in a way the buyers can view easily.

We can email photos and give a condition report on items if you are unable to attend an auction. You have an option of using our absentee bidding service by leaving bids with us or bidding over the phone. We can arrange carriers for larger items as well as offering a packing & postal service for smaller items. Purchases can be collected up to a week after the sale. Payment for items purchased from us can be made with cash, cheque or EFTPOS. We also accept credit card but apply a service fee of 1.54%.

To find us, take the Bellarine Highway out of Geelong towards Queenscliff. The first exit to Ocean Grove is at the traffic lights, go through these and continue up the hill till you reach a round about (mitre 10 on the left), turn left here on to Grubb Road. Follow this road for 3 kilometers and we are on the left just before the round about.
