Motley’s Auction and Realty Group in Richmond, Virginia is one of the Southeast’s most prominent and reputable antique and estate auction houses, specializing in fine period furniture, silver, jewelry, fine art, oriental rugs, and firearms. Started in 1967 by Dick and Pokey Motley in a small dairy barn in Chester, Virginia, Motley’s has developed into a diverse, multifaceted auction company under the guidance of President and CEO Mark Motley, son of Dick and Pokey Motley. In the last decade, Mark Motley has successfully developed three new divisions within Motley’s Auction, Inc. which include real estate, automobile and industrial. Mark is directly and passionately involved with all four divisions of Motley’s Auctions, Inc. and is often seen at the auction podium during any one of Motley’s divisional auctions.
