Leclere - Maison de Ventes is an auction gallery located in Marseille, France. The auction house provides premier actions of fine arts, paintings, collectables, and other auction items. Leclere conducts approximately 35 live auctions a year in all different categories. With 20 major specialties, Leclere provides the best in French premier auctions.

Leclere is one of France's more active auction houses, conducting more than 227 auctions since 2007. Thirty auctions took place in 2014, with live bidding offered through Invaluable.com. Online bidders can also preview upcoming auctions for 10 to 15 days in advance of the sale date.

Services & Staff

The 20 or so specialties provide bidders with a wide variety of antiques, fine art, and collectables. Categories include 19th century art, modern art, oriental art, cars, jewelry, furniture, rugs and textiles, wines, graphic art, sculptures, autographs, to name a few. Leclere is also one of the few auction houses that specializes in African art. Each auction features several hundred lots in the particular category, averaging between 300 and 500 lots at a time.

Leclere - Maison de Ventes is staffed by two auctioneers, 30 experts, and 10 dedicated employees who all share a passion for selling fine arts and collectables. Damien Leclere and Deliphine Martin Orts are the two auctioneers in charge of conducting the sales each month.
