Biography

Kaminski Auctions is a full-service auction house dealing fine art, antiques and estates for more than 25 years. The auction house has East Coast auction locations in Beverly, Massachusetts, and West Palm Beach, Florida, as well as West Coast auction locations in San Diego and Beverly Hills, California. Kaminski Auctions holds 25 auctions a year, with sales including monthly estate auctions, four Asian art auctions each year, and two vintage/couture clothing auctions. They also offer live auctions online; in 2014 alone they offered more than 20 auctions online on Invaluable.com for fine jewelry and ceramics; Middle Eastern, Islamic and Persian items; Asian art and antiques; and more.

Kaminski Auctions made history in 2013 for hosting the highly-publicized Oprah Winfrey Collection auction that featured items Oprah had hand selected from her homes in Chicago, Maui, Santa Barbara, and Indiana. In addition, Kaminski Auctions has set many sales records. In 2012, Kaminski Auctions sold five Chinese 20th Century paintings by Qi Bashi for a record $2.3 million at a fine Asian art and antique sale.
