JF Daughters is a live sale room and online auction site at which you can buy and sell antiques, paintings and collectible works of art.

With many elements of the traditional auction process, enhanced by a unique and exciting online browsing and bidding process.

We are an auction company, with our own specialists – their details are set out in our department pages – and they are available to give you their opinion on any item you might be considering buying or selling. Our business offers our clients the advantages of technology: especially through excellent photography and presentation, the ability to bring auction sales directly to international collectors, as well as making the buying and selling process quicker, more efficient and enjoyable.

As a buyer, you will have the benefit of each lot being fully illustrated, as part of our online catalogue which will be available to browse on our site at least two weeks before the sale date, as well as our guarantee of authenticity for all your purchases. All lots being offered for sale whether live or online can be viewed beforehand, either during an advertised viewing or by prior appointment with the relevant specialist.

As a seller, we are able to offer you specialist advice about your items and a free auction valuation. You will benefit from a quick and efficient process from the initial consignment, to the auction sale and the pay-out of your sale proceeds. We charge a flat rate percentage commission with none of the usual add on charges for insuring against risk of loss, illustration, marketing or handling charges; sellers will also receive their sale proceeds twelve working days after the sale.
