Biography

J. Levine Auction & Appraisal was founded in 2009 by Josh Levine and has built an international reputation for estate, fine art, and collectibles in auction. The auction house is known for professional, informed and fast paced sales. J. Levine has a customer center at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, AZ and a 70,000 square foot facility in Phoenix, AZ. J. Levine offers more than 150 live and online auctions each year with a worldwide audience.

Among J. Levine's most notable sales are two guns owned by Wyatt Earp, sold in 2014 for nearly $400,000. It's believed that the guns may have been used at the famous O.K. Corral shootout. The entire Earp collection sold for $445,000. In 2016, a 1964 Eric Clapton and George Harrison owned guitar sold for $44,000. Also in 2016 a Gauthier 14K White Gold Diamond and Sapphire pendant sold for $45,000.

J. Levine specializes in estate and collection auctions. Popular auction items include automobiles, coins, jewelry, firearms and vintage toys.

J. Levine offers free consignment valuation with qualified representatives. Valuations may be conducted in the gallery, on location or via email.

Bidders are required to register with J. Levine for each auction and are encouraged to take advantage of previews at its facility in Arizona. Auction bidding is available in person, over the phone, absentee and online.
