Gianguan Auctions has achieved many notable sales and records, including that of Wu Changshuo’s “Ju Shi,” which realized $370,000; Shi Tao’s “Shi Shu Hua San Jue,” which brought in $3,946,000; Zheng He’s calligraphy of Buddhist sutra, which sold for $14 million; and H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s “Ink Lotus,” which garnered $16.5 million (at $1.65 million per square foot) at auction.
