Situated in Cape Cod, Decoys Unlimited, Inc., was established in Massachusetts in 1970, and entered the realm of auctions in 1986. Nationally recognized for their dealings in American bird decoys, folk art, and related items, they cater to a superlative audience of collectors, and have partnered with Invaluable.com for 15 auctions, to date.

Decoys Unlimited has set myriad world record sales, which include a rare Massachusetts peep decoy, attributed to the Chipman family, for $31,050; a black-bellied plover by Elmer Crowell, which sold for $40,250; a red-breasted merganser drake by Anthony Crowell, for $50,600; a pintail drake by Ira Hudson of Chincoteague, VA, which fetched $69,000; a hollow black-bellied plover decoy, attributed to Tom Wilson, for $74,750; a hollow two-piece peep decoy, attributed to the Chipman family, which sold for $92,000; a Joseph Lincoln widgeon drake, for $97,750; a Canada goose by George Boyd, which garnered $109,250; a black-bellied plover, attributed to Tom Wilson, which sold for $120,750; a Massachusetts yellowlegs decoy, attributed to the Chipman family, which brought in $143,750; an early Elmer Crowell bufflehead drake, which sold for $207,000; and a feeding willet by Thomas Wilson, for $220,000.
