Oil on canvas Germany, Berlin, 2005 Zhang Lei (born 1968) - Chinese installation artist and painter Signed verso on the canvas in black felt pen in Pinyin and Chinese 'Zhang Lei', as well as dated and inscribed '2005 Berlin' Dimensions: 70 x 99.5 cm Very good condition An interior scene with figural and animal staffage by the popular Chinese artist; the current auction record for a painting of Zhang Lei is set at roughly €148,000 The contemporary Chinese artist Zhang Lei work as an installation artist and painter.
