Description Technique Oil on canvas Date Created Early 1920's Dimensions 85 x 61 cm Provenance Private Collection, Jerusalem Condition Consistent with age Biography Born in 1903 in Vitebsk, died in 1990, painter and graphic artist, enrolled in Pen's School in 1917 and then the Vitebsk Higher School of Art. She combined Pen's classes with work at the Malevich studio. She married David Yakerson in 1921. At that same year she moved to Moscow with him. She studied under Robert Falk and V. Rozhdestvensky at the Vkhutemas in Moscow, from 1921 to 1924 and exhibited her works from 1927.
