Вольф), Bronze dunkelbraun patiniert, Darstellung eines Kosaken zu Pferd, sich von seinem Mädchen verabschiedend, auf naturalistisch gestalteter Plinthe, ein Zügel lose, partiell winzigst berieben, H 26 cm. Künstlerinfo: deutscher Bildhauer (1854 Berlin bis 1923 Lüneburg), wohl ausgebildet als Zeichenlehrer, erste plastische Arbeiten lassen sich ab 1879 nachweisen, studierte an der Berliner Kunstakademie und stellte ab 1881 auf der Akademieausstellung aus, nachweislich bis mindestens 1885 als Zeichenlehrer am Französischen Gymnasium Berlin, neben Monumentalwerken fertigte er auch Kleinplastiken und Medaillen, da kyrillisch signierte Werke mit Genredarstellungen des russischen Lebens im Umlauf sind, wird spekuliert, ob er zeitweise in Russland ansässig war oder nur für den russischen Markt produzierte.
