Kaeser Wien, Vom Oesterreichischen Kunstverein 1876.Julius Mařák – studoval na pražské akademii u profesora M. Haushofera. V letech 1853–55 také v Mnichově u profesora L. Rottmanna. Později působil jako profesor krajinářského ateliéru na pražské Akademii a vznikla tak tzv. Mařákova krajinářská škola, která měla celou řadu významných žáků.
