Margins mounted for preservation, second leaf with marginal hole and repair, toned, Very Good. ****** George Walton signed the Declaration of Independence as a representative of Georgia where he also served as the second Chief Executive. The document is a petition sent to Walton requesting that certain persons by made to appear in court to answer a financial debt. Walton signs and seals the petition agreeing to their request on the second page.
