Edmund de Waal Sold at Auction Prices

b. 1964 -

Inspired to create pottery from an early age, Edmund de Waal, born in 1964, fell in love with ceramics when he was just 5 years old. Edmund de Waal's ceramics feature soft white shades and there are only a few limited edition pieces done in black. Edmund de Waal's pottery is inspired by both modern and historical techniques and subjects.

Edmund de Waal ceramics have a subtle, yet complex quality that has garnered them acclaim worldwide. Prices for Edmund de Waal’s ceramic pieces can vary depending on size and intricacy of design. He is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Royal Mint, and for his work in the arts, became an Officer of the Order of the British Empire. You can find finely crafted ceramics and pottery for sale online to add to your collection.
