    Joseph Vogel (American, 1911-1998). A lithograph on paper titled "Piers." The artwork depicts a man sitting and reading, surrounded by large structures that may be piers, set in an atmospheric scene. The lithograph is signed by the artist in the lower right corner and titled "Piers" in the lower center. A window at the lower left of the work reads "MADE BY (W.P.A) FEDERAL ART PROJECT." The piece is presented under glass in a metallic frame. Approximate sight size 15" x11". Dimensions: 24.25 X 19 X .75 in. Condition: Good overall vintage condition having mild surface wear and toning. Frame showing mild storage wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
