      VLASOV PAVEL: (1857-1935) Russian Painter. A.L.S., P. Vlasov, three pages, small 8vo, Teheran, 9th March 1904, to Madame de Klevenov, in French. The letter bears to the upper left corner his gilt embossed monogram with his initials. Vlasov apologizes for his late payment, explaining that he only received his correspondent´s letter recently, once back in Teheran, further promising regular and in time payments. Vlasov concludes reporting his long illness and hard time he is having. Paper bearing an attractive Austrian watermark. Small tear to the centre fold edge, otherwise VG
