    Framed oil painting titled "Drifting Clouds" and dated 1933 by Herman Stoddard Vice (born 1884). He went to Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and was a member of the Illinois Academy of Fine Arts. There is a label on the back of the painting that says "Drifting Clouds by H Stoddard Vice". The frame measures 26 3/4" high and 28 3/4" wide. The stretched canvas measures 22" high and 24" wide. The painting has spots where the paint has chipped off. The painting has not been inspected outside of the frame. The total weight is a little more than 5 1/2 pounds.
