      Colour etchings on paper Germany, 1977/78 Verena vernunft (born 1945) – German painter Signed, dated and titled as well as numbered at each bottom ‘5/150, Kornfeld II, Verena Vernunft/78’ and ‘32/50‚ Schwemmgrenze, Verena Vernunft/77’ Dimensions: each 80 x 60 cm Very good condition Object is regular taxed. 19% VAT is added to the purchase price for deliveries within the EU. These two colour etchings by the artist Verena Vernunft show two different landscapes. The “Kornfeld II” shows toe bordering corn fields; “Schwemmgrenze” shows the shore with different, washed up objects”. The two works are in very good condition. They are each signed, dated, titled and numbered with ‘5/150, Kornfeld II, Verena Vernunft/78’ and ‘32/50‚ Schwemmgrenze, Verena Vernunft/77’. The dimensions are 80 x 60 cm, each. The frames show some slight signs of use. Verena Vernunft (born 1945) Born in 1945 in Rehorst, in Schleswig-Holstein, Verena Vernunft studied from 1964 at the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg,where she finished in 1969 with a state examination. In 1978 she became a member of the Deutscher Künstlerbund. In 1987, she was appointed professor for visual arts at the Fachhochschule Hannover. Her works are in numerous collections such as the Hamburg Kunsthalle, the Kunstverein Berlin as the Villa Massimo in Rome. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
