It shows parts of violins changing into columns. Thebackground is covered with sheets of music which creates an interesting juxtaposition of two- and three-dimensionality. This work is signed lower right ‘Undabeytia’ and titled in the center below ‘Metamorfosis II’. Lower left it is numbered ‘89/125’. It is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. This three colour etchings were created by Spanish artist Ramiro Undabeytia. They show three slightly different fruit still lifes in variously designed and nicely decorated ceramic bowls with handles.
