        A Royal Doulton English porcelain figurine. Titled, "The Mermaid," model number HN 97, designed by Harry Tittensor (1887-1942), produced circa 1920. A scarce figural example of the mythological half-woman, half-fish, decorated in an exquisite glazed luster of cream, blonde yellow, and green. Having ROYAL DOULTON backstamp to underside with HN 97 (which appears to read 94), with incised number 224. Dimensions: 7 X 4.25 X 3.75 in. Condition: Good overall condition having normal age related surface wear. Estate fresh to the market.
