        Yuriko Takata studied fine arts and illustration, and has had many gallery exhibitions in the US including Indianapolis, California, Oregon, Connecticut, Chicago, and New York and in the Mito Cultural Center in Mito,Japan. A committed artist, she works in California, when not traveling. Yuriko has worked in watercolor and oil pastels for the last ten years, working on location and finding inspiration in nature.
