SULLIVAN, PAT (1887-1933) "Felix the Cat." Ink on board with King Features Syndicate notice on bottom panel. Each 18 x 24 inches. Drawings for two complete Sunday comic strips: "Looks Like Rain. I'll Help Some Kid Home from School," June 4, 1933; and "Afterall, We Ought To Be Thankful To Be Living In The Present Age," June 4, 1933. Unsigned. Unframed. Although Messmer took over the drawing in 1927, the comic continued to credit Sullivan until some months after his death. A Betty Boop and Felix the Cat strip ran from 1984 until 1987. 1933

PAT SULLIVAN 1887-1933 FELIX THE CAT SUNDAY PAGE - 19 JUIN 1932 | Felix the cat Sunday page - 19 juin 1932
