Dati editoriali in lastra al margine inferiore del secondo foglio. Prima edizione italiana del 1990. Terza ed ultima parte dell'omonima trilogia. George Lucas originally named the film Revenge of the Jedi.  Advance posters were created to advertise the film's forthcoming release.  However, before the film was actually released, Lucas changed the title to Return of the Jedi, as he felt that the word 'revenge' was not an aspiration of a Jedi Knight.  These posters were withdrawn from circulation, and any remaining ones have become highly collectable by Star Wars fans. This was the final film made in the original Star Wars trilogy, which is now the sixth film, owing to the subsequent prequel trilogy.

The story behind this piece is very well known, as George Lucas had the Revenge of the Jedi title changed to Return of the Jedi after the advance one sheets had been released. This dated version, featuring artwork by Drew Struzan, is highly sought after by the legions of Star Wars collectors. The poster displays nicely after touchup to the folds and a small chip at the center crossfold. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
