See illustration. Provenance: Acquired in the early 1960's by the current vendor from the daughter of the artist, Mary Spencer Watson at Dunshay Manor, Swanage. Private collection, Ireland. This composition relates to the artist's masterpiece "Four Loves I found". In the present work only a depiction of the artist's daughter is lacking.

CONDITION REPORT: Examined under UV - very original and in good condition, with just a few very minor retouches along the front leg of the left hand figure and one to her stomach. No other repainting or restoration visible. No damage or significant cracklure. Not relined. In a modern, plain giltwood frame.
