    Yuriy Solomko, Malevich's boot, 2019-2021, Porcelain, painting, gilding, H: 39 cm. // Yuriy Solomko (born 1962). Ukrainian artist, photographer, author of objects and installations, known for his paintings on georaphical maps. Born in Crimea. Graduated from Kyiv State Art Institute (1992). Member of the well-known Paris Commune Art Union (1990-1994). Member of the BJ-ART Art Union. Since 1988 takes part in numerous exhibitions all over the world. Since 1992 holds solo exhibitions in Ukraine, participates in art projects in Poland, Slovakia, Macedonia, Austria, Hungary and the United States. He was among the artists of the first Ukrainian project at the Venice Biennale (2001). In 2003 a high-profile photographic project Regeneration, in which he highlighted the problems of people with disabilities, was shown. His works are kept at the National Art Museum of Ukraine, Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University (USA), and many museum and private collections in Ukraine, USA, UK, Korea, Italy, Poland, and Sweden. Solomko's works were presented at international auctions such as Dorotheum, Sotheby's, Phillips, as well as at Ukrainian auctions Dukat, Goldens and Korners.

Malevich's birth, at the Museum of Arts and Crafts in Kiev. One has been kept in the museum collection.
