She was a graduate of Cooper Union and received the Peter Cooper Memorial Medal in 1909. She is listed in Who Was Who in American Art. She also studied at the National Academy of Design in New York City. She was very active in the Jewish community in New York. She died on June 14th, 1974 and was interned at Mount Hebron Cemetery, Flushing New York.
