Mounted and set with a glazed gilt frame, 20¾'' x 19¾'' (53 cm x 50 cm).

This watercolour is the original illustration for Percy Macquoid's 'A History of English Furniture, The Age of Walnut', published in London by Lawrence & Bullen, Ltd in 1905, Plate XI.
