Artur Skowron (born in 1982 in Starachowice, Poland). Polish-American painter, photographer, poet. Since 1990 he lives and works in the USA where he studied at the High School of Art & Design in Manhattan. He graduated with a Master Degree of Art from Queens College. He is a painter, graphic designer, and photographer, member of the “Emotionalists” and the “Rockaway Artists Alliance” groups. He has participated in about ten individual exhibitions and fifty collective exhibitions, among others, in Poland, Germany, France, China, South Korea, Denmark and the USA.

He has received numerous awards and distinctions for his work. He is also a poet and plays piano. In 2010, he published “Words & pictures”, a collection of poems and essays, illustrated with photographs.
