Housed in an antique gold gilt frame by Kennedy & Co New York. Hand painted matting with Sharp & Sons Dorchester Mass handwritten lower right. Work 14 3/4 in. x 20 3/4 in. Frame 22 3/4 in. x 29 in. Good condition with mild fading and toning to paper, small darkened spots. Wear and losses to frame. Hill Auction Gallery in house continental USA shipping $125 plus insurance. William Sharp is responsible for bringing the process of lithography to America in 1840 and this is an excellent example of his skill.
