    Napoli, 1810 - dopo il 1880 Barche di pescatori davanti a Palazzo Donn'Anna Olio su tela, cm 32X53 Provenienza: Roma, collezione privata Le quattro tele, provenienti da un'importante collezione romana, pur non essendo firmate riportano alla consueta tecnica pittorica del Serritelli artefice di belle vedute marine di Napoli. Nelle sue marine piccole figure animano la scena creando un felice connubio tra paesaggio e costume quotidiano. La scioltezza e la sintesi pittorica sono ben visibili ed è ben rappresentata la scuola di Posillipo e il legame con la tecnica pittorica del Pitloo che lo aveva introdotto allo studio della pittura 'en plein air' dove si possono cogliere gli effetti di luce e le variazione atmosferiche che il golfo di Napoli era capace di offrire.
