Oil on panel, 56 x 45.3 cm N.B.: Fécamp is a picturesque seaside resort situated in the French department Seine-Maritime, in the region of Haute-Normandie, part of the district of Le Havre. This town was renowned for its beautiful landscape and excellent views of the sea and therefore popular with artists. Claude Monet for example chose the location to paint the work 'Fécamp, bord de mer' dating from 1881.
