Rare S.C. Governor Orr Henry Dmochowski Saunders Sculptor Plaque

Mid 19th Century; Original, frame measures 12.5” diameter, bronze measures 7.25” diameter, cast bronze profile portrait of N.C. Governor James L. Orr marked below neck Saunders 1858 Wash. Original sculptures paper label on reverse, attached provenance on back dated 1969. Item was found in Philadelphia where governor Orr attended a democratic meeting in 1854. Plaque was found in the Musical Fund Hall at the Historical Society of P.A. Has original walnut Victorian frame, frame has light wear from age, otherwise appears to be complete and all original, please view photos.
