(137.8 x 122.6 cm) Good condition Edward Samuels (American, b. 1939) Included in several private and public collections including the Whitney Museum of American Art, painter Edward Samuels first studied under geometric abstract artist, Ilya Bolotowsky. His landscapes and figurative works have been shown in exhibitions in Florida, New Mexico, and New York. His unique style includes sinuous lines, saturated colors, and an even treatment of the surface. The artist lives and works in New Mexico. Condition “Untitled” in apparent very good condition, unexamined outside of frame. “Nov 8-9” has rippling and minor toning to recto.
