Max Robinson (1934-2018) is well known to people in design circles. From his days as a junior designer in 1950s Melbourne, through to 1960s London and back to Australia, Max was a trailblazer who managed to seamlessly blend his passion for art and design. Max translated ideas into striking visuals, including portable work stations, brochures, signage, logos, record covers, and the Australian $10 note. Max was inducted into both the AGDA and DIA Halls of Fame, an acknowledgement of his contribution to design and the outstanding quality of his work.
