The fourth drawing depicts seven insects, with a bumblebee and two flies dominating in size. The pronounced vertical format and the reduced composition are reminiscent of Japanese drawings. The four India ink drawings are each signed and dated in pencil ‘Ilona Richter 1964’. There are tiny remains of adhesive tape in the reverse upper corners, showing through on recto.
