Florica Prevenda (born April 5, 1959) is a Romanian artist, who lives and works in Bucharest, Romania.

Prevenda was born in an Aromanian family, who suffered persecution of the communist regime. She is a graduate of the National University of Arts, Ia?i (1984). Between (1993–1997) she was an associate professor at the Bucharest National University of Arts.
