    Preston (John) Foure Godly and Learned Treatises..., fourth edition, divisional titles, ruled borders throughout, title trimmed to single rule border and laid down to later (but not modern) sheet, following leaf a little frayed at edges, [STC 20223], by A[nne] G[riffin] for Michael Sparke, 1636, bound with The Golden Scepter, held forth to the humble. With the Churches dignitie by her marriage. And the Churches dutie in her carriage. In three treatises, additional engraved title within figurative border, with initial blank, divisional titles, a couple of leaves with small marginal tears, final leaf with paper repairs to corners, [STC 20226], by R. Badger for N. Bourne e al., 1638, together 2 works in 1, general faint marginal soiling or browning, endpapers possibly later (but not modern), later engraved bookplate, contemporary calf, modern paper label stuck-down to spine, spine head chipped and other wear to extremities, 4to.
