Beans, Trenton, NJ | Private Collection, Trenton | Rago, Fine Art, September 2007, Lot 23 condition: Backing of paper board has broken down and begun to flake off. Work shows light overall surface soiling and tight networks of hairline cracking throughout, some with small losses to paint. Additional losses to top layer of pigment visible throughout waves in foreground of composition. Buckling to work overall and scattered areas of inpainting throughout though predominately to waves with largest just below ship's name. Framed without glazing measuring 19 x 28 inches.
