Robin Williams' (Peter Pan) "Hook" Custom Two-Piece Costume Marked "#1" W/COA - This costume was worn by Robin Williams as he portrayed the character "Peter Pan" in the 1991 fantasy adventure film, "Hook". This custom made green leather signature two-piece costume consists of one fringed suede tunic jacket with leather tie front closure and handwritten on interior ÒRobin Williams #1 Ó, and one pair of suede elastic-waist shorts with Columbia Studios label. This costume was worn by Williams during the filming of several scenes throughout the film, and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. A similar "Hook" costume recently sold in 2015 for $13,000. "Hook" was nominated in five categories at the 64th Academy Awards, and also spawned merchandise, including video games, action figures, and comic book adaptations. Robin Williams (1951-2014) was an American stand-up comedian and actor, known for his improvisational skills. After rising to fame in the early 1980s, he established a career in both stand-up comedy and feature film acting. Throughout his career Williams won the 1997 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, and also received two Emmy Awards, seven Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and four Grammy Awards. He was considered a "national treasure" by many in the entertainment industry and by the public, and his legacy lives on as one of the world's most beloved Comedic actors.

Screen-used puppet of Robin Williams "Peter Banning" from Hook.

(TriStar Pictures, 1991) An ILM-built, screen-used model of Peter Banning "Peter Pan" (Robin Williams) being carried off to Neverland by Tinkerbell in a child's bed sheet after he'd forgotten how to fly but needed to rescue his children from his arch nemesis, "Capt. Hook." Figure is constructed of foam on a wire frame, modeled and painted as if dressed in a tuxedo. Sheet basket is hand-painted cloth wrapped around a vacuum-formed shell and connected to metal arms that simulate being carried by his fairy sidekick. Measures approx. 13 x 17 x 4 ½ in. Shows significant signs of wear.
