Dimitri Omersa Art for Sale and Sold Prices

Dimitri Omersa was born in Yugoslavia, where he was first officer in the Navy. After several years of captivity, he migrated to Britain in the 1950s, where he started working in a leather goods factory, which he took over due to the retirement of the CEO. The first drafts of his pigs were manufactured and sold by Liberty's in London. Shortly thereafter he expanded to America, where his objects were distributed exclusively by Abercrombie & Fitch and went on to become popular decorative items in the country houses of the upper class.
