Stamped '(C) 1946 The Haynes and George Co., Inc.' lower right of sheet. The Henry Whitfield House is a historic house in Guilford, Connecticut. The house dates from 1639, and was built just before the town of Guilford was settled. It is the oldest house in Connecticut and the oldest stone house in New England. Information on the house and artist is included. Measures 8-in. x 10-in. image size, 10.5-in. x 13.375-in. sheet size. In VG/VG+ condition with tape residue upper edge.
