Clearly worriless, she looks down to the monster with a long tail and off-standing eyes. What history is behind this encounter, is just as obscure as the meaning of the floating female nude above them on the wall. Nikolaev's stories entirely originate from his imagination and can be continued by the viewer's mind. His surrealistic compositions, consisting of a maze of fine lines, are difficult to reduce to one level of meaning. But what certainly remains is the extraordinary and unforgettable impression of the image. The painting is signed and dated lower right, 'S */13.07.10'. It is in good condition, showing slight traces of the painting process outside the representation. The cardboard is a little bent. The dimensions are 51 x 31 cm.
