It has been on display in several outdoor locations in Canada and the United States, including Calgary, Alberta, Florida and Toronto.Palazzo del Te, was the summer palace and horse farm near Mantua Italy of Duke Federico Gonzaga II. The palace was designed and built by Mannerist artist Gulio Romano, circa 1525-35. Romano executed several fresco murals for the palace celebrating the theme of love. It was considered Federico Gonzaga’s pleasure palace and several of the principal rooms were decorated with erotic murals. Gonzaga built his magnificent palace up from the family stables, away from the prying eyes of Mantua proper.
