Bryan Moon Art for Sale and Sold Prices

Bryan Moon was born in Southampton, in the United Kingdom, and it was quickly apparent that Bryan was born with great artistic talent; he graduated with a National Diploma in Design from the Exeter and Southampton Colleges of Art. He was also awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in the National Youth Art Competition for his art, prints and posters, which was sponsored by Her Majesty the Queen. After graduation, Bryan became a technical artist for Vickers Limited and ascended the corporate ladder, eventually to become advertising Director of the British Aircraft Corporation. He emigrated to the United States with his wife and two sons in 1966 and is now an American citizen.

In America, Bryan Moon continued his career in the aircraft industry, and eventually served as Corporate Vice President of North West Airlines. He took early retirement in 1987 to pursue his interest in exploration and art, prints and posters. His exploration trips since then have included visits to the North Pole, the South Pole and the Antarctic, and a 2,000 mile trans-Pacific crossing in a small sail boat to Pitcairn Island, where he lived with 45 original descendants of the "Bounty" mutineers and retrieved a section of ballast from the sunken vessel. He also organised and led the first US Expedition to China in search of lost Doolittle B25 bombers. The expedition identified the positions of five missing aircraft and retrieved the remains of three.

Bryan Moon has also written, produced and directed a number of plays, and has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey television show! His art, prints and posters hangs in many museums and galleries across the world, including the Army & Navy Club in Washington DC and the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs
