Stanislav Semyonovich Molodykh (Russian, 1942 - 2003) Stanislav Semyonovich Molodykh is a Soviet and Russian artist. The author of paintings on historical subjects, he also painted portraits, still lifes, landscapes.Born during the Great Patriotic War, in the family of Semyon Petrovich Molodykh, who went to fight, and his mother, Sofya Savelyevna, raised his older brother, in total his parents had seven children, graduated with honors from the Kursk Art School.In 1964-1970 he continued his studies at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repin.In 1970-1973 he was admitted to the creative workshop of the rector of the institute, professor V. M. Oreshnikov.Author of paintings related to the history of Russia, such as Collectivization. The year 1929 "(1971-1977)," The Uprising of Yemelyan Pugachev "(1980), the autumn version of the Pugachev region" 1773 "(1981-1982).These works and many others are in the collection of the Belgorod State Art Museum.Stanislav Semyonovich lived in St. Petersburg. He died in 2003 of a heart attack in the skies over Seattle while flying to the United States.The ashes after cremation were buried in St. Petersburg.
