Biography

Born in Vancouver Canada residing in the United States. Katherine McNeill has been painting for over 40 years.
Traveling throughout Europe, and the Mountain States to obtain material for her paintings, Katherine paints with a
very heavy pallet kinfe to create a three dementional look to her paintings. Its as if you could just pick the flowers off
the canvas.
Mainly a self taught artist, Katherine studied briefly under such notables as Quang Ho, Joseph Boehler, Loyd Thorsten,
and Mickey McGuire. Also took brief classes at the Colorado Institute of Art.
