      Andre Leon Larue (known as Mansion) (French, 1785-1834), a portrait miniature of 'King Louis-Philippe I' (1773-1850), King of the French, wearing the uniform of Colonel of the Hussars. He ruled as the last French King from 1830-1848, and then lived in exile in England until his death at Claremont House in Surrey. Signed recto under frame and dated c.1830, watercolour, gilt octagonal frame, 4½" high x 3½" wide
