      Andre Leon Larue (known as Mansion) (French, 1785-1834), a portrait miniature of 'King Louis-Philippe I' (1773-1850), King of the French, wearing the uniform of Colonel of the Hussars. He ruled as the last French King from 1830-1848, and then lived in exile in England until his death at Claremont House in Surrey. Signed recto under frame and dated c.1830, watercolour, gilt octagonal frame, 4½" high x 3½" wide

      Three French portrait miniatures one attributed to André Léon Larue, called Mansion (French, 1785-1837) Comprising an oval portrait on ivory of a young lady in a black coat and white dress with frilled collar, in gilt metal and wood frame; a rectangular portrait on ivory of a gentleman in black coat and white stock, in wood frame, French school, circa 1805; and a rectangular portrait on ivory of a young lady in an off the shoulder dress seated on a red sofa, French School, circa 1825, in wood frame.
