      Mangold, Anton 1863 - 1907. bacchanalia. Oil on canvas. Bacchus drinking wine with a stripped woman in his arms and they are listening to a satyr playing a pan flute. A leopard lies at their feet. In the background a dancing couple. Monogrammed lower right. The canvas and the frame have a conical shape and are hexagonal. Enclosed is a letter from the antiquarian bookshop Liebhart with information about the painter and the painting. Size approx. 126 x 96.5 cm, frame approx. 138 x 106 cm. Slight damage to the right margin at mid-height.
